The Executive Committee coordinates the Group’s programs and business lines.
It examines operational management, supervising in particular change projects and the development of activities.
From the earliest signs of the pandemic, the Executive Committee mobilized itself to monitor operations on a global scale. It activated the business continuity plans in all of the Group’s businesses and geographies. Their methodical implementation has ensured the safety of employees and partners through adapted work organization, and guaranteed continuity of services in essential sectors such as healthcare.
