First set up in 1987, the Shareholders’ Communication Committee (SCC) aims to establish regular exchanges between individual Group Shareholders, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Air Liquide Shareholders Relations teams. Appointed for three-year terms, the twelve members meet three times a year. Their remit is to:
Any Air Liquide Shareholder holding at least one share may apply to be a member of the SCC.
