THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors determines the orientations of Air Liquide’s activities and ensures their implementation, in line with its corporate interest, taking into account the social and environmental stakes of its activities. Accordingly, the Board examines and approves the main points of the Group’s strategy, including the multi-annual strategy orientations concerning Corporate Social Responsibility.
