Fixed remuneration |
Amount: €800,000 In accordance with the remuneration policy established by the Board of Directors and approved by the General Meeting on May 3, 2023, the fixed remuneration takes into account in particular the specific role of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the context of managerial succession and the missions that the Board of Directors intended to entrust to Mr Benoît Potier for the duration of the transition, in order to benefit from his experience, in-depth knowledge of the Group and its businesses, its shareholders and stakeholders and its strategic challenges. |

Mr Benoît Potier does not benefit from any supplementary pension plan, any life insurance or other long-term commitments (apart from the death and disability benefits plan referred to above). |
